b27e070445 feat: add support for specifying existing external log groups in API Gateway, HTTP API, and WebSocket configurations 
- Updated documentation to include examples for using the `logGroup` property to reference existing log groups.
- Modified the compilation logic to skip creating log groups if an external log group is specified.
- Enhanced logging settings to clarify the relationship between `executionLogging` and `fullExecutionData` settings.

This change allows users to manage their logging more flexibly by utilizing pre-existing CloudWatch log groups.
