useLockBodyScroll

React side-effect hook that locks scrolling on the body element. Useful for modal and other overlay components.

Usage

import {useLockBodyScroll, useToggle} from 'react-use';

const Demo = () => {
  const [locked, toggleLocked] = useToggle(false)

  useLockBodyScroll(locked);

  return (
    <div>
      <button onClick={() => toggleLocked()}>
