* Work on converting lib to standard

* Format test files

* Add .eslintrc with standard format

* Supply full path to eslint bin

* Move lint command to package.json

5f592a1240 Fix exception caused by column names with single quotes 
Also rename some test files so they match the Makefile regex.  They will be included in the test suite from now on.
