# Function dotMultiply
|
|
|
|
Multiply two matrices element wise. The function accepts both matrices and
|
|
scalar values.
|
|
|
|
|
|
## Syntax
|
|
|
|
```js
|
|
math.dotMultiply(x, y)
|
|
```

|
