5c0b3965d6 Describe virgin restores. 
Restores on a system with no existing database need an additional
step. In addition the gitlab backup does not backup the `ssh/`
directory which is where the host keys for the ssh server are
kept.

0a7c5dadc3 Adding usage rake usage when running with docker-compose 
This commit adds usage for `app:rake` for users running with
`docker-compose`.
The backup/restore/rake/import sections have been extended to show the
usage with `docker-compose`

93acbe0dd8 With MySQL run gitlab:setup before db:migrate 
Fixes an issue where starting a new MySQL based container would failed
due to foreign key constraints.
