Method objects cannot be redefined without operating system support.
When EC _STA method is present it is not possible to write anything
to it without invoking undefined behaviour.

- KcGetKextSize may report far larger kext size due to using segment
address instead of kext address as a base.
- KC Mach-O header rebuild may make Context->LinkEditSegment point
to invalid memory breaking KcGetKextSize in the kext patcher.
