Remove `ShouldRender` type alias for bool. In the Component trait an extra comment has been added to explain what the returned bool represents.

The example uses Refs to manipulate the underlying DOM element directly.
Improvements
- Use CSS to improve the presentation of the example
- Expand this to a fully fledged form with input validation etc.
