Joe Pea	dec679d4ed	chore: convert the project to type:module (ES Module mode); update prettier, typescript, and rollup; remove sinonjs because of too much complexity getting it to work in ESM mode and instead mock performance.now ourselves for our tests, which ends up being simpler anyway!; get browser tests in nodeunit.html working; party 🎉	2023-04-22 20:47:40 -07:00
