* Add `text-decoration-style` utilities

* Add remaining `text-decoration` utilities

* Add test for default underline offset

* Remove text-underline-position, don't rename underline utilities, remove DEFAULT values for decoration thickness and underline offset

* Add auto/from-font values, update tests
