Pass options when using addComponents and matchComponents (#14590 )

We forgot to pass `options` from `addComponents` to `addUtilities` and
from `matchComponents` to `matchUtilities`.

This didn't affect anything using addComponents but anything that used
`matchComponents` wouldn't have worked 😬
