Ignore .db files by default (#17711) ...

This PR ignores `.db` files by default. We already ignored `.sqlite` and
`.sqlite3` files but we didn't ignore `.db` files which is a common
extension for database files as well.

Due to the binary nature of `.db` files, scanning these could result in
hard to debug errors such as:
