Improve glob handling for folders with (, ), [ or ] in the file path (#12715)

* sync package-lock.json

* modify `normalizePath` to keep `\\[`, `\\]`, `\\(` and `\\)` into account

* manually escape () and [] characters in globs

* update changelog
