5cdf75cd95 docs: Publish the new documentation menu to S3 
The new documentation menu is now defined as a JSON file (it's no longer dynamically built from Algolia) and hosted on S3 (behind CloudFront).

The documentation website retrieves the JSON file and renders the menu in JS.
