Hassan Khan	ab92e3b8b1	Add fix for multiple pools with the same trigger ... If multiple pools were specified that had the same trigger i.e. `PreSignUp` then the last function would incorrectly be attached to each pool. Also added a test case.	2017-05-25 22:21:20 +01:00
