Add fix for multiple pools with the same trigger
...
If multiple pools were specified that had the same trigger i.e.
`PreSignUp` then the last function would incorrectly be attached to
each pool. Also added a test case.

Make log line formatter understand default python logging module output
from Lambda functions.
Add payload output testing to invoke plugin.
