14fc418767 add missing input to rio edit-info example 
`rio edit-info --transform` was missing an `input.tif` to operate on. Added `example.tif`.

1dd8c86982 Add sieve and fix a bug in it. 
Sieving of images read directly from GDAL was broken, but is now
fixed, with tests.

8762f8d05e Better support for existing applications. 
A deprecation warning is raised from the transform property and
an affine property is added to provide the new feature.

For method and function arguments, we sniff out GDAL geotransforms
and try to do the right thing with them, also raising deprecation
warnings in these cases.

23bc94a256 Enable NUM_THREADS option for reproject(). 
Closes #60.

Usage:

  from rasterio.warp import reproject()
  reproject(..., num_threads=2)

In practice, I'm not seeing a speed up for modestly sized
images. I think you'd have to get into some very large rasters
to see a difference.
