0afb39f7ac Move WKB extent extract to db side,

379f22f24a Detoasting only a slice modifies the VARSIZE value 
in the returned pointer, so no good for getsize
call.

176fa79ecb Add in dimensional data structure. 
Build stats on dimensional structure
and figure out preferred compression
for each dimension. Extra tests
for sigbits and other compression
schemes.
