5fff9d90cc 添加 图片能上传到7牛 
配置文件中填写 qn_access 信息，且上传到7牛
不填写，侧使用 upload 配置

> 因为更新了依赖，需要执行:
> *inux: make install
> windows: install.bat

3791012d78 添加编辑器，图片上传 
- 添加编辑器 by http://lab.lepture.com/editor/markdown
- 添加图片上传
- 依赖 connect-busboy
- 添加批处理文件，让windows的机器也能跑
