Function dotDivide #
Divide two matrices element wise. The function accepts both matrices and
scalar values.
Syntax #
```js
math.dotDivide(x, y)
```
Parameters #

math.divide(a, b) // returns [[1.75, 0.75], [-1.75, 2.25]]
