Function abs #
Calculate the absolute value of a number. For matrices, the function is
evaluated element wise.
Syntax #
```js
math.abs(x)
```
Parameters #

`x` | number | BigNumber | bigint | Fraction | Complex | Array | Matrix | Unit | A number or matrix for which to get the absolute value
