* Switch to jsdom for tests.

* Remove generated tests from coverage.

* Restore test coverage.

* Downgrade jsdom to fix node4 support.

* Fix jsdom error reporting for uncaught document errors. Fix failing tests in node 4.

* Fix timeouts in deprecated test for node 4.

* Fix writing test coverage.
