83fa9b8fef chore: add script to setup dev environment 
Remove all hardcoded client tokens.
Add script to generate token JS files.
Use generated tokens in all examples and docs.

56c751a0fa fix: doc production build extend issue 
Node modules are not transpiled in docusaurus
builds leading to a call invoke for data provider
base that throws.
Do not install MJS but use local build instead.
Change imports to be relative.
