ea6d561743 Fix #343, Firefox menu hover issue. 
Added a width of 86px to the #library select. I'm not sure this is
the most flexible way to do this, but it fixes it.

Tested in Chrome 21 & 24, Firefox 15, Opera 12 & 12.50 and Safari 6
on OSX Mountain Lion.

cc868b971f Put the autocomplete back in to JS Bin, using simpleHint & JavaScriptHint 
Although it's in there, CoffeeHint isn't supported yet - need to switch
autocomplete methods on processor change.

Also supports arbitrary token support - so if you hit escape, it'll
read the words in the code, and include them in the autocomplete.

4d328d4c40 Add theme class to root html element so the entire editor can be themed. 
Also moved themes to the bottom of CSS to make it easier to find them
