Real time preview delay broke in FF11. Fixes #139
...
A delay is required to ensure the iframe has access to innerWidth &
innerHeight, but only WebKit has this bug, so instead of browser
sniffing, we detect support with dynamic iframe injection and reporting.

Fixed innerHeight & Width being zero
...
The iframe code was being inserted before the iframe is rendered in the
DOM, so the innerWidth & innerHeight were always zero onload. So I've
wrapped up in a setTimeout(10) to allow the browser to "tick" and now
the values are back. Wooo!
