Added console log inline to rendered preview, includes debug.js and modifies console logging to redirect through js bin logging - this is only on preview and not on saved code.

Added include libraries and rendered preview mode (along with js raw view). Also beginnings of simple debug info in preview mode (wrapping in try/catch and echoing error)
