b310d76dec Introducing interpreter context flag, indicating if there is call of 'Direct call to eval' form in process, and interfaces for accessing the flag and 'strict mode' flag.

cb600da269 Introducing 'scope flags' opcode containing set of flags that indicate various properties of a scope; replacing 'strict mode' meta opcode with a flag in the flags set.

3a9bf24001 Update of several 'vm' component interfaces naming. 
init_int -> vm_init;
 run_int -> vm_run_global;
 run_int_loop -> vm_loop;
 run_int_from_pos -> vm_run_from_pos;
 read_opcode -> vm_get_opcode.
