[vote]Added Active maintainers into MAINTAINERS.md. 
[vote] Added sergiitk, gnossen, temawi into grpc/node active maintainers list. Removed  @jtattermusch, @nicolasnoble, @srini100 from active maintainers list and moved them to emeritus. Added @nimf to emeritus
