5d516df005 small improvements for gp rebuild 
- fix checkout and workspace locations
- don't generate dockerfile if image is specified to avoid transfering traffic to daemon over and over
- only do inline replacements for VS Code Server in debug mode

e8a7835f9b [gitpod-cli] clean up
