22e9253abe [kots] load dockerConfigJson reigstry names into privateBaseImageAllowList 
Follow upto https://github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/pull/12174

This PR updates the installer logic to also load the auth's reigstry
URL's into `.containerRegistry.privateBaseImageAllowList`.

faa792a8b3 [kots]: give installer same node affinity as ws-daemon 
As we're auto-detecting the containerd location in the installer job,
we must be on a "workspace" node so this ensures that the installer job
is run on the correct node.

fa5d957595 [kots] show s3 options only when incluster is enabled 
Fixes https://github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/issues/10257

This PR updates the `reg_incluster_storage_s3*` options to
only be enabled both when `incluster` is enabled, and `s3` is
selected, instead of only the latter being used currently.
