1ee73dd0ad Update README 
I don't have psql installed on my host, and since it's already provided in the postgresql container, I modified the psql request to reference that one.

971d5296f6 Remove localhost from port mapping 
In the light of https://github.com/sameersbn/docker-gitlab/issues/84 I propose removeing `127.0.0.1` when firing up the docker container.

a23217f163 enable https support even if the ssl keys and certificates are not found 
When the ssl keys and certificates are not found, we assume that the
application is running behind a load balancer with SSL support enabled.
