feat: Using local.properties to provide API key (#398)
* feat: Using local.properties to provide API key instead of secure.properties.

* Remove redundant declaration in main AndroidManifest.xml

* Migrate ApiDemos - Kotlin to use local.properties.

* Update README for tutorials.

* Genericize.

* Remove references to secure.properties.
