Added pre-population option to TiledImageLayer and BlueMarbleLayer. Modified BlueMarbleTimeSeries example to pre-populate the layers before beginning the time series display. Modified BlueMarbleLayer to use REST-based image retrieval rather than retrieving from WMS.
