OcBootManagementLib: Add Apple DP expansion for VirtIO BLK (#561) 
Apparently macOS strips down HD nodes from VirtIO BLK devices
leaving them "infix" shortened, i.e. PCI/APFS instead of
PCI/HD/APFS.
