vit9696	d9d4fdbe0b	OcCpuLib: Remove SyncrhonizationLib dependency ... SyncrhonizationLib requires TimerLib, and our TimerLib requires OcCpuLib, which results in OcTimerLib constructors being called before UefiRuntimeServicesTableLib constructors leading to NULL gRT dereference in OcTimerLibConstructor causing UEFI Shell crashes.	2020-06-01 02:04:46 +03:00
