2bb58282f6 Build: Optimized structure of binary distributions. 
1. `BOOT` and `OC` and now inside `EFI` as supposed to be.
2. `Docs` and `Utilities` are in the same directory as `EFI`. (Relative references inside `CreateVault` need to be updated too)
